Retro couple ATC

I used Kaisercraft Tea Break for the background and a digital print from Etsy.

Add Lace ATC

I really enjoyed making this. I glued a scrap of dictionary page and a scrap of lace to the background. I then layered the picture and some German scrap florals. A lace bow with a recycled pearl earring . German scrap border at the bottom and lace behind that. One of my favourites.

Roses ATC

Hammered Background Technique ATC

The challenge technique was to wet a piece of card stock , hit it repeatedly with a hammer and dry. I then sprayed it with Tattered angels Glimmer Mist - merlot gold. I really like how the gold pooled in the dents. The flowers were some scraps I had been sent in a swap. The sentiment was also recycled punched from a card. Some days it just all comes together.

Pion -Shoreline Box

This box is made with the WRMK envelope punch. I have the measurements in my boxes tab at the top of the page. I used a Stampin up frame list to punch the window. The picture is then attached to the inside of the box with some dimensional foam tape. I fussy cut the flowers and butterflies. Distress inked the frame. The bow is also made with the envelope punch and the measurements are also in a tab on this page.

Vintage Lady Card

A step card cut with the SIL Cameo . The papers are from Graphic 45 Couture collection.

Triptych ATC

triptych  is a work of art (usually a panel painting) that is divided into three sections, which are hinged together and can be folded shut. To make this ATC set I used a docraft stamp inked with memento ink and then water coloured with stampin write markers.

Mother Goose Graphic 45 ATC

I was experimenting with acetate to get some layering on this card. I was undecided at the end whether to secure the acetate to the background. I left it like a card as I liked that it could then stand for display.

Box card - Castle from SVG cuts

I really enjoy making box cards but I must say this one was a little challenging. I don't normally work with wet glue preferring my ATG glue runner. These svg files work best though when you can slide them around to the final position. Cut on the SIL cameo with a variety of coloured cardstock. I used glitter glue on the windows and flags. Another use for my tiny leaf punch and some flower bling. Of to a swap partner on Card Making- swap a card a month. (actually swapped 5 cards this month!)

Altered Tag

I was inspired by a Pinterest post and thought about some paper wings I have had for awhile. The background is some sheet music . The tule is a sample we got with wedding dress shopping for my daughter. The glitter crown I cut on the SIL cameo . I love the bow ribbon on the tag top. It is a string of little bows . I knew I would find a use for it one day.

Spring Inchies

I started by shrinking a page of images in Photoshop so the images could be cut to fit on 1x1 inch squares. I then printed on vellum. The background papers and tiny border strips were received in a materials swap. Each vellum image is fussy cut. The little green leaves are from a fabulous little punch. Whoo.  Fingers are aching now after making these.

Vintage Pansy Tag

My favourite flower after roses. I have already planted all my winter pots. This tag is for a swap in my Australian swap bot group- vintage Cards and crafts. The base is A pion design paper. The small 3d flowers are a new Sizzix die that is actually lilacs but doubled up they made great violet pansies. They are coated in SU Crystal effects which gives a nice lacquered appearance. The butterfly is coated with Glossy accents.

Planes , trains and automobiles.

A card I have made for a swap on Card Making - once a month . I have used an old Graphic 45 collection of papers Transatlantique. I love the rich colours. The small squares are epoxy domes. a favourite card embellishment . Sticky backed you can make them to match the paper being used.
